Excellent place for exploring Alexander City. Clean hotel, excellent staff, cozy rooms. Variety of tasty food. Excellent location for Alexander City, just off dining options, restaurants, and stores and shopping. Also, in the middle of jackson.

The hotel of choice in Alexander City. Nice staff, clean property, extremely spacious room. Magnificent location, good breakfast for our needs. The rooms with double beds.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet hotel, it was outstanding. The location was magnificent for Alexander City, close enough to dining options as well as grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was particularly good - not too far away from Trinity Methodist Church.

As long-term business travelers, we were impressed with the facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The hot water supply was plentiful, and the shower head was fantastic. Despite the dated exterior, the building was clean and welcoming. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well, providing much-needed relief from the hot weather. The staff, notably the breakfast area attendant, were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection surpassed our expectations, rivaling even higher-end hotels. Plus, the hotel's location was convenient for visiting family in the area. We have stayed here multiple times in the past few years, and it has consistently met our needs.

I enjoyed the room with double beds, the bed was good. A fridge and a washing machine were an advantage. The setting of hotel was marvellous, in the middle of jackson.

Everything was GREAT, had a great stay on a road trip. Marvellous and perfect location in the middle of jackson was a plus. Moreover, it was just next door to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants, restaurants and dining options.

It had a good location very close to stores and shopping, dining options, and the Alex City area. Also, Lake Martin was 1 mile away.

My stay at Quality Inn was fantastic! I was visiting for a weekend with my dog, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed to ensure my dog's comfort. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I had a perfect night's sleep without feeling too hot or too cold. The coffee was also delicious. The staff went above and beyond by rushing out to the parking lot as we were leaving to bring us a forgotten cell phone charger. Additionally, Kimberly, the manager, was amazing. We had communicated beforehand, and she even sent me a hard copy of the confirmation through the mail. When I arrived, I felt like I was greeted by an old friend. She and her staff were truly magnificent!

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was satisfying, although some items were lukewarm. The hotel's location is convenient and cleanliness was noticeable. it offered good value for the money spent.
